What you need to know

  • We have a strict 10 minute grace period for workshops so please keep that in mind and be sure to check traffic as we will not reschedule or refund your booking.

  • Each guest must be booked as we do not allow multiple person collaboration on products.

  • We are a BYOB business and we do not charge a corking fee, however, this bottle is for you to drink, not to make a candle in and bring glasses to drink out of.

  • We do not allow food unless you have a private event booked with us or are a candle club member.

  • Private events are subject to a 13% Facility fee for cleaning and disposal of garbage.

  • We do not offer refunds and will gladly reschedule with 48 hours notice, when possible.

  • Our vessels are made from recycled glass, whenever possible and should be burned within sight. 

  • We do accept custom orders and cut bottles to order.  Please email or call us for more information.

  • We will retain all pick up orders for 60 days, after which point we will donate or use them in house so inquire about shipping if you are unable to return for your order.

We do not sell your information to any other entity or use it for anything other than keeping you informed of your order status and product information.
